    Brilliant – thank you John! I had the privilege of listening to this 1st one a few years back, and had used it regularly. I have seen wonderful changes back then and I’m excited about the next 4 steps of this challenge!

    I was able to maintain focus and concentration on a topic and wondered why I did so good then realised it was due to the audio (Day 1) I listen to. I’m impressed.

    So simple – but very efficient exercises! Almost pourrfect… only one short distraction while the cat purred away. The breathing exercise is very powerful too, and drawing the line to pranayama and so many other techniques, that show how our breathing influences not only our mental, but also physical state. Thanks for putting these out!!
