Start with the Dynamic Hypnosis Session in each module first. I recommend listening to this session everyday for a week (and if you miss a day or two that's ok because really I want you to make the time for yourself 3-5 times in the first week).
#1 The Dynamic Hypnosis Sessions come in two versions. Both with beautiful music and a second version with the added benefit of Theta Binaural Beats. (A form of Brainwave Entrainment (BWE). Although the Theta Binaural Beats are subtle, you may not even notice them, headphones are needed for them to work.)
#2 The HypnosisSleep sessions. These extra sessions were created because some people enjoy listening to hypnosis at night they are designed for when you're going to sleep. Simply put them on (no headphones needed) and relax and drift away. There is no wake-up with these sessions, you will simple wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and lighter.
#3 These PowerNap sessions are short booster sessions designed to give you an 11 minute mental recharge during the day whenever you feel your energy is dipping. They also work on your unconscious mind – reprogramming the core messages from each recordings.
