There are six components in Personal Transformation so you can focus on one component each week. And there are three steps in each component.
1: Listen to the Conscious Mind Tools session
These conscious mind techniques have been designed to maximize the effectiveness of the hypnosis sessions. When you use these tools to reprogram your mind before the hypnosis sessions the results you will achieve will be exponential. Each one of the techniques in these recordings are simple and easy to do and will have a dramatic effect on your Personal Transformation Journey.
2: Listen to the Hypnosis Session
You will find that the hypnosis sessions come in two versions. The first is without Binaural Beats and the second hypnosis session is with binaural beats. Binaural Beats are a form of Brainwave Entrainment (BWE). By listening to this audio your brainwaves will synchronise with the Theta binaural beat helping you go deeper into trance. Headphones are needed for the BWE session.
You will get best results if you listen to the Hypnosis Sessions 3-5 times in through the week. Because repetition is the key in life... "Synapses that fire together, wire together." The more you do a thing the the easier it becomes.
3: Optional step is the HypnosisSleep Sessions
The HypnosisSleep recordings are specially altered Hypnosis Sessions that I have designed to be listened to as you relax and drift off to sleep. They have no wake up at the end so you will fall into a relaxing sleep and wake up refreshed after a good nights sleep.
