        Thanks John. Noticed changes throughout the day today!

        Have listened to day 2 also. Loved focusing on the smiling face!

        Just wondered what happens after the 5 days, given it was suggested in todays audio that a 28 day period is recommended. Will the audios which are available, and going to be made available for the remaining 3 days also be permanently accessible?

            Hi again John.

            I’m not sure whether my previous email found it’s way to you/hypnosis land.
            I’m just a bit disappointed as I took advantage of the previous offer of 3 additional power naps, but today see that there are 8 available, including one on overcoming procrastination….(an area i was keen to acquire skills in order to overcome)

            Are you able to suggest how i can now go about changing what I have already purchased (some of which i think Is available anyway on YouTube unless I’m mistaken?) and so that I can take advantage of some of the 11 min PNaps shown in todays page?

            I hope this makes sense and I thank you in anticipation of your response.

    So simple – but very efficient exercises! Almost pourrfect… only one short distraction while the cat purred away. The breathing exercise is very powerful too, and drawing the line to pranayama and so many other techniques, that show how our breathing influences not only our mental, but also physical state. Thanks for putting these out!!

    I was able to maintain focus and concentration on a topic and wondered why I did so good then realised it was due to the audio (Day 1) I listen to. I’m impressed.
