I know the gurus and spammy marketing people make out like all you need to do is follow their 'push button' system and it will literally force the universe to give you what you want... But I know that you realise that's just BS!

When you practice through repetition, you create new patterns and habits.

You create new neural pathways in your brain and these new positive behaviours become effortless.

There was no process of letting go... just immersion in those bad feelings and memories. The problem with the 'get it all out' method is that there is plenty left, more in there for tomorrow. And constant repartition of the same thing thickens neural pathways.
