What's Your Average Perfect Day? What is the Average Perfect Day you'd LOVE to live every day (watch the video below).

The kind of day that you could happily live every day.

You might like to think about the 'Things' you have, the 'Activities' you spend your time doing, the 'Places' you do them and the 'People' you spend your time with... and what they would be in your average perfect day.

For example:

  • Where would you live?
  • What would your house be like?
  • What would the first thing you do each morning be?
  • What/Where/With Who would you enjoy your breakfast?

You get the idea... think about all the things that you could happily enjoy every day.

And what would the last thing be that you do before bed?

Remember this isn't about having a LARGE day... a HUGE Party. This is what would you enjoy to do every day.

It took me a few years to get to live my APD, it may take you more or less time... the point is you CAN change, you CAN create that APD for yourself. Just because the routines you're in right now are the ones you're in, does NOT mean they are the only ones you'll always have.

    My average perfect day starts with a sunrise walk on the beach, is filled with laughter and love, always has time for a sunset walk on the beach with my husband and ends with gratitude (and soft cotton sheets) x
